Annual Grant Process Timeline

• Nov. 1-Nov. 30 – Acceptance of applications for grants
• Nov. 30th – Deadline for grants to be postmarked or emailed 
• Jan. 15-Feb. 15th – Board of Directors agree on recommended distributions
• On or before Feb. 22 – Grantees are informed of grant status
• First Thursday in March – Presentation of checks to organizations
